I'm trying to map the distribution of Black Ratsnakes in Iowa, so if anyone has any info regarding these, reclusive snakes, please post.
Note-I'm not in the snake collecting business, I'm out their to to put together data on where these snakes and all snakes are.

Black Ratsnakes seem to be semi-common in the area along the Middle River around the Winterset area. Also last year I found one in Dallas Cty along the Panther Creek area.
Does anyone know of other areas that they see Black Rats?
